Muviz is committed to protecting children and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our app. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content, conduct, or contact that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children. This page describes the standards we maintain in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
Our standards
- We prohibit CSAM and any content that sexualizes or exploits minors, in our terms of service and community guidelines.
- We prohibit the use of Muviz to groom, endanger, solicit, or exploit children.
- We act on reports of CSAE, removing violating content and accounts, and preserving information as required by law.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authorities where required.
How users can report concerns
Users can report content, profiles, or other users directly within the Muviz app, and can block other users. Reports are reviewed and actioned by our team. Users can also email child-safety concerns to safety@muviz.app at any time.
How we respond
- We review reports promptly and remove violating content and accounts.
- We take action against users who violate these standards, including suspension and permanent bans.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and report to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC, as required by applicable law.
