By downloading or using Muviz ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. The app is operated by Elad Rubinstein, an individual developer.
Using the app
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Muviz.
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to harass others.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create (such as watchlists and playlists). You grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to operate the app's features, including sharing relevant activity with friends and watch-party members you connect with.
Third-party content
Movie and show information, images, and trailers are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and other third parties. We don't control and aren't responsible for that content. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
