By downloading or using Muviz ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. The app is operated by Elad Rubinstein, an individual developer based in Israel.
Using the app
- You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot independently agree to these terms under local law, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use.
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to harass others.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create (such as watchlists and playlists). You grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to operate the app's features, including sharing relevant activity with friends and watch-party members you connect with.
Safety and content rules
Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, impersonate others, or post unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive material. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, and exploitation are prohibited. See our Child Safety Standards.
Use the in-app reporting and blocking options to report users or playlists. You can also send concerns, including copyright complaints identifying the material and your rights, to support@muviz.app. Do not email illegal images or videos.
Third-party content
Movie and show information, images, and trailers are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and other third parties. Rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners. Access through Muviz does not grant permission to reproduce or redistribute that content outside the features and permissions provided by the relevant service. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Muviz uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube-powered features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Muviz helps you discover titles; it does not provide a subscription to the streaming services it lists. Availability, ratings, release dates, and provider information may change or be inaccurate. Check the relevant provider before subscribing or purchasing. Listed studios and streaming services do not sponsor or endorse Muviz merely because their content or names appear.
Availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date identifies the current version. Any notice or renewed agreement required by applicable law will apply to material changes.
